My name is Anthony, and I’m the founder of Superior Forged. Like most of our customers, I started as an enthusiast first, building cars, dialing in fitment, and searching for wheels that actually matched the vision I had in my head. Over time, I noticed the same problems repeating themselves across the industry: limited specs, long waits with little communication, inflated pricing, and brands that felt disconnected from the people actually driving the cars.

Superior Forged was created to fix that.

Too often, high-end wheel brands force customers into compromises, whether it’s offsets that aren’t aggressive enough, finishes that don’t match the build, or pricing that doesn’t reflect the real value being delivered. I’ve been on the buying side of that experience, and I built Superior Forged to operate differently: custom-first, transparent, and fitment-obsessed.

Our goal is simple, to offer true custom forged wheels without the unnecessary markup, while delivering the level of communication and detail that enthusiasts actually expect. Every set is designed with intent, engineered for strength, and tailored specifically to the vehicle it’s going on. We don’t believe in cookie-cutter specs or generic solutions.

Build Time

Because every set of Superior Forged wheels is made to order, our standard production timeline is typically 6–8 weeks with standard shipping. Final timing can vary depending on wheel design, size, finish, and overall configuration.

Production Process

To begin production, a 50% deposit is required. Once your deposit is received:

1. We create detailed renderings of your exact wheel setup
2. You review and approve the design, specs, and finishes
3. The wheels enter production
4. Upon completion, final photos are provided and the remaining balance is due prior to shipment

This process ensures there are no surprises and that your wheels are built exactly as intended.

Renderings

Every order includes complimentary renderings before production begins. These reflect your exact specifications, including width, offset, finishes, hardware, center caps, bolt pattern, and any custom details. This allows you to visualize the final product and confirm everything before manufacturing starts.

Custom Designs

If you’re looking for something beyond our existing catalog, we offer fully custom, one-off designs. Whether that means modifying an existing design, creating a unique spoke profile, or converting a monoblock design into a multi-piece setup, we work directly with you to bring the concept to life.

Shipping Options

Standard shipping is complimentary on all orders.

Expedited production and shipping may be available for an additional fee (typically around $1,000) and can reduce turnaround time to approximately 4–5 weeks, depending on the wheel model and finish selected.

Quality & Engineering

Quality is non-negotiable at Superior Forged. Every wheel is manufactured from 6061-T6 forged aluminum using advanced forging and CNC machining processes designed to maximize strength while minimizing unnecessary weight.

Our wheels are produced in a modern overseas facility equipped with industry-leading machinery and strict quality control standards. Each wheel undergoes inspection and is finished with multiple layers of protective clear coat to ensure long-term durability and appearance.

Fitment

Fitment is where Superior Forged truly separates itself.

Every wheel is built specifically for your vehicle and setup, taking into account brake clearance, suspension type (air or coilovers), tire size, ride height, and your desired stance. Offsets, widths, diameters, and lips are all carefully calculated to achieve the look and performance you want — whether that’s flush, tucked, or aggressive.

Return Policy

Because all Superior Forged wheels are custom built to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please review your invoice and specifications carefully prior to approval. Superior Forged is not responsible for incorrect fitment information provided by the customer.

We strongly recommend test fitting wheels before mounting tires or applying ceramic coating. If any concerns arise upon delivery, contact us within 30 days and we will work with you toward a fair resolution.
